  1. Preheat oven and prepare sheet-pan: Preheat oven to 140 to 170 degrees F. Line a sheet-pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend ingredients: In a food processor or blender, blend strawberries, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture: Pour the fruit mixture onto the lined sheet-pan and spread evenly to ⅛ to ¼ inch thickness.
  4. Bake: Place in the oven for 4 to 6 hours until the middle is no longer tacky.
