Celebrate the patriotic spirit with this delightful American Flag Fruit Pizza. A sweet cookie dough crust topped with a creamy layer and fresh berries arranged like the American flag.

Cookie Crust:

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)

Cream Layer:

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)

Toppings:

  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Open tube of cookie dough and slice into 1/4 inch pieces.
  2. Place cookie dough slices on a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan and press into an even layer. Bake cookie crust for 11-12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping.
  4. Spread a portion of the cream cheese mixture onto the cookie crust.
  5. Arrange blueberries to create the blue portion of the flag, add the star cookie.
  6. Use raspberries to create seven red stripes.
  7. Pipe the remaining cream cheese mixture to form white stripes.
  8. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
