Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce:

8 cups chopped

Honeycrisp Apple:

1, cored + cut into matchsticks

Toasted Walnuts:

1/3 cup chopped

Dried Cranberries:

1/3 cup

Feta Cheese:

1/3 cup crumbled, plus more to taste

Olive Oil:

1/4 cup

Apple Cider Vinegar:

2 Tbsp.

Maple Syrup:

2 Tbsp.

Dijon Mustard:

2 tsp.

Kosher Salt and Black Pepper:

To taste

Instructions
