  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cup regular or gluten-free all-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted regular or vegan butter
  • 1 1/4 cup regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Blueberry Mixture:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, milk, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour and mix until just combined.

  3. Fold blueberries into the batter gently.
  4. Pour the batter into greased donut molds, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Optional: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create a glaze to pour over the donuts.
