- 3 cups chocolate wafers or chocolate-covered digestive cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted*
For the Filling:
- 1 cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce*
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (confectioners’ sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
