  • 12 rolls

Rotisserie Chicken:

BBQ Sauce:

Gouda Cheese or Sharp Cheddar:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package, thinly sliced

Red Onion (optional):

  • 1/3 cup, finely diced

Cilantro (optional):

  • 2 tablespoons, finely chopped

Garlic-Herb Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons

Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional):

  • 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13-inch sheet pan. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the pan.
  2. Add Chicken: Mix chicken and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  3. Assemble: Layer cheese, BBQ chicken, onion, and cilantro on the rolls. Top with remaining cheese and the top half of the rolls.
