  • 1 cup (100g) crushed Golden Oreos
  • 1/2 cup (60g) freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter, melted

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
  4. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
