Instructions

  1. Prepare Biscuits: Preheat your oven and bake the biscuits according to the package instructions or your favorite homemade biscuit recipe until golden brown and flaky.
  2. Cook Chorizo and Onions: While the biscuits bake, heat a large sauté pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and use a spatula to break it apart into small pieces.
