Fried Rice:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped

Hibachi Chicken:
- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Sautéed Zucchini and Onions:
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into spears
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1–2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare Fried Rice: Combine cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, peas and carrots mix, and green onions in a bowl. In a hot griddle zone, melt butter and scramble eggs. Add rice mixture, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until heated through.
- Cook Hibachi Chicken: Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, and brown sugar. Sear chicken on griddle, add butter, and cook until almost done. Pour sauce over chicken, cook until thickened.
- Sauté Zucchini and Onions: Sauté zucchini and onions in butter and oil on griddle. Season with garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until tender.
- Assemble: Serve cooked fried rice, hibachi chicken, and sautéed vegetables on a plate. Top with yum yum sauce or sriracha.
