Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone: Preheat your 22-inch or larger Blackstone on low for about 5 minutes.
  2. Oil the Surface: Use a squeeze squirt bottle to drizzle oil across the entire cooking surface of the Blackstone.
  3. Cook Ground Beef: Place 1 lb of ground beef on one half of the Blackstone, add minced garlic, and break the beef into small pieces. Stir well.
