Slider Rolls:
Cooked Bacon:
- 12 Slices Cooked Thick Bacon, halved
Mayonnaise:
Roma Tomatoes:
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced to about ⅛ of an inch
Lettuce:
Optional Garnish:
- 12 Cherry Tomatoes
- 12 Small Pieces of Kale
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast Rolls: Horizontally slice slider rolls and toast on a baking sheet in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Spread Mayonnaise: Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on the underside of each top bun.
- Assemble Sliders: On each bottom bun, place a tomato slice followed by two bacon halves. Top with shredded lettuce.
- Finish: Cover with top buns. If desired, garnish with a cherry tomato and kale on a toothpick.
