These Buffalo Chicken Tacos are a spicy twist on a classic favorite, perfect for a quick and delicious meal. Tender shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, wrapped in a warm tortilla with melty cheddar cheese, and topped with cool ranch dressing, these tacos are sure to please any crowd.

For the Buffalo Chicken:

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ cups buffalo sauce

For Assembling the Tacos:

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the chicken in a skillet. Toss with buffalo sauce.
  2. Arrange a tortilla on a plate. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch sauce on it. Cover half of the tortilla with chicken and cheese. Fold it in half.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add one tortilla at a time and cook until lightly golden brown and the cheese melts.
  4. Remove and serve immediately.
