For the Beef:

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

For the Bowls:
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
