  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • additional caramel sauce for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cinnamon Apples: In a medium saucepan, combine peeled and chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until apples are soft and liquid thickens. Set aside to cool.
  2. Vanilla Wafer Crust: Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press crumbs into plastic cups to form crusts.
  3. Caramel Mousse: Combine vanilla pudding mix and milk, then chill. Mix in caramel sauce. Whip heavy cream until thick, then fold into the pudding mixture.
