Dough:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Cheese Filling:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic Butter:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Add the cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese onto each triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough: Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the cheese inside. Place the rollups seam side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
