  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup chives (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Coating:

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the muffin pan)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a mini muffin pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, chives, flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
