For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Rice:

  • 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice: In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice and a pinch of salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté or grill over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.
  3. Make the Garlic Sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season to taste.
  4. Assemble: Add rice to bowls, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with garlic sauce. Garnish as desired.
