Romaine Lettuce:

  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce

Tomatoes:

Mayonnaise:

Sub Rolls:

  • 4 sub rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare Lettuce: Wash and dry romaine lettuce, then chop finely.
  3. Prepare Tomatoes: Dice tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix chopped bacon, romaine, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. Gently combine, adding more mayonnaise if desired.
