  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Additional:

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Prepare dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
