  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prep & Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan thoroughly with butter or baking spray, ensuring all crevices are coated.
  2. Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  3. Cream Butter & Sugar: In a large bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Alternate Wet & Dry: Mix in the flour mixture and sour cream alternately, starting and ending with flour. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Layer batter and cinnamon-sugar in the Bundt pan, swirling gently with a knife.
  5. Bake & Serve: Bake for 45-55 minutes, cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
