For the Casserole:

  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) package Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces shell pasta
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until softened. Add sour cream, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Coat the chicken: Add the chicken to the cream cheese mixture and coat evenly. Transfer to the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes.
