  • 12 tablespoons crushed pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine and blend: In the bowl of a large food processor fitted with a blade attachment, add the drained feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon zest. Turn on the processor and slowly drizzle the olive oil through the top opening while blending, whipping the mixture until it achieves a smooth, creamy texture.
  2. Prepare serving plate and garnish: Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving plate. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the top and create a small well or indentation in the center.
