These Cuban Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich, featuring layers of ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and a flavorful Dijon sauce, all baked to perfection on sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls:

12 count

Dijon-style Mustard:

3 tablespoons

Worcestershire Sauce:

2 teaspoons

Deli Ham (thinly sliced):

8 ounces

Pulled Pork (cooked):

2-1/2 cups

Swiss Cheese (sliced):

12 slices

Dill Pickle Chips (drained):

30 pieces

Unsalted Butter:

8 tablespoons (divided)

Dried Minced Garlic:

1-1/2 teaspoons

Dried Minced Onion:

1-1/2 teaspoons

Poppy Seeds:

1-1/2 teaspoons

Flaky Sea Salt:

3/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Prepare: Unwrap the rolls and slice horizontally through all the rolls, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Sauce: Mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter. Spread half the sauce on the bottom rolls.
  4. Assemble: Layer Swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork, pickles, and remaining cheese on the rolls. Bake for 10 minutes, then add the top rolls.
  5. Butter: Combine melted butter, garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and sea salt. Brush over the rolls.
  6. Serve: Cover with foil and bake, then uncover and bake until golden. Let stand, slice, and serve.
