  • 1 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Salt

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

Oreos:

  • 2 cups Oreos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Mixture: In a small saucepan, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Add 1 ½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, combine white sugar and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add eggs, vanilla extract, and salt to the sugar mixture. Whisk until smooth and fluffy. Add the chocolate butter mixture.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift in all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Gently fold until smooth.
  5. Add Oreos: Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 8”x 8” baking dish with parchment paper.
  7. Pour and Top: Pour batter into the dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips and crushed Oreos on top.
  8. Bake: Bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs or clean.
  9. Cool and Serve: Let cool for 20 minutes, then slice and serve.
