Rice:
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
Aromatics:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
