In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm milk, sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, egg, and warm water.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing with a spoon or your hands until a sticky dough forms.
Use a stand mixer with a dough hook on medium speed for 5–6 minutes. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours.
