  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup spelt flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Prepare Wet Ingredients: Warm almond milk, water, and olive oil until about 110-120 degrees F.
  3. Mix Wet and Dry: Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and beat for 2 minutes until well combined.
  4. Add Remaining Flour: Incorporate additional spelt flour gradually until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  5. Shape and Rise: Divide dough, shape into balls, and let rise until doubled in size.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F, bake rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Brush with olive oil, let cool, and enjoy with vegan butter and jam.
