  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Unsalted Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 cups cooked cut green beans

Topping

  • 1 1/3 cups French’s® French Fried Onions, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat and combine ingredients: Heat the oven to 350°F. In a 1 1/2-quart oven-safe casserole dish, fold together the mushroom soup, 2% milk, soy sauce, cooked green beans, and 2/3 cup of French fried onions until all ingredients are evenly combined. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake first phase: Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbling. After baking, carefully stir the green bean mixture to combine the flavors fully.
  3. Add topping and bake to finish: Sprinkle the remaining 2/3 cup of French fried onions evenly over the top of the casserole. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and casserole to set.
