  • 1 cup (170g) Frozen Roasted Corn*
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or Water

  • 6 Extra Thin Corn Tortillas, cut into thin strips
  • 4 oz Shredded Mexican Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. Cook the ground chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground chicken until browned.
