Bean Dip Ingredients
- 29 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup Ro-Tel Original, drained
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
To Serve
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the black beans, Ro-Tel, red onion, orange bell pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, lime zest, and lime juice until well combined.
- Season the Dip: Add kosher salt and black pepper to the mixture and stir thoroughly to season the dip evenly.
