  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut extract
  • ½ tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Combine Base Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the half & half, heavy cream, and granulated sugar until well blended.
  2. Add Flavor Additions and Heat: Stir in all flavor additions except for the extracts (vanilla, almond, butter, coconut, peppermint, caramel, hazelnut, maple) into the mixture. Heat the saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the creamer starts to steam and the sugar fully dissolves. Ensure everything is well combined and smooth.
  3. Incorporate Extracts: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in all the extracts thoroughly to blend the flavors evenly.
  4. Cool and Store: Allow the creamer to cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Then, pour it into a mason jar or a container with a tight-fitting lid. Store the creamer in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Shake well before each use.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute half & half and heavy cream with coconut milk, almond milk, or any plant-based cream alternatives.
  • To make the creamer sugar-free, replace granulated sugar with natural sweeteners like stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit sweetener at equivalent sweetness levels.
  • This recipe yields multiple flavor variations; feel free to adjust the amounts or omit flavorings according to your preference.
  • Store the creamer refrigerated and always shake before use as natural separation may occur.
