Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Slice the brussels sprouts in half and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil, season with salt and pepper, toss to coat, then arrange cut side down.
