These Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels are a delightful appetizer or snack that combines the spicy kick of jalapenos with the creaminess of cream cheese and the savory flavor of bacon, all rolled up in a tortilla for a perfect bite-sized treat.

Tortillas:

  • 4 flour tortillas

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • ½ pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 jalapenos, deseeded and cooked until soft
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook and Prep Ingredients: Cook bacon until crispy, crumble it. Cook and soften jalapenos. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon, cheddar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble Pinwheels: Spread jalapeno popper mixture on tortillas. Roll tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic. Chill for 1-2 hours.
  3. Slice and Serve: Slice the chilled rolls into 1-inch pieces and serve.
