  • ¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour (plain flour)
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Mix Cake: In a bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Prepare Apple Mixture: Toss the apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread over the cake batter in the pan.
