For the Chicken:
2 Tablespoons avocado oil
2 pounds Chicken breast, cut into 2 inch chunks
1/2 teaspoon Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Oregano
For the Alfredo Sauce:
1 cup Shredded parmesan
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
For Garnish:
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and chicken. Season with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until chicken is done. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add heavy cream to the skillet and let it bubble. Stir in parmesan until melted.
Combine and Serve: Whisk the sauce until smooth. Add chicken back to the skillet, coat with sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
You can add some cooked broccoli or cauliflower for extra veggies.
