These Keto Gluten-Free Zucchini Fries are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional fries. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they make a perfect snack or side dish for any meal.

Zucchini Fries:

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • Pinches of salt

Coating:

  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Zucchinis: Rinse zucchinis, trim off the ends, and cut them into spears. Lightly season with salt and dry them with a paper towel.
  3. Prepare Coating: Whisk an egg in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Coat Zucchinis: Dip each zucchini spear in egg, then in the parmesan mixture. Place on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Remove from oven and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
