  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese (shredded)

For the Filling:

  • 16 ounces Ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute the filling: In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute the ground beef, onion, and pepper until vegetables are softened and meat is browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add seasoning: Mix in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
