Chicken:

  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Flatten the chicken with a mallet and season with salt and black pepper.
