Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ganache: Place white chocolate and butter in a bowl. Heat heavy cream until just boiling, then whisk in lemon extract. Pour over chocolate and stir gently.
  2. Chill the Mixture: Cover the mixture and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  3. Roll the Truffles: Line baking sheets, roll ganache into balls, coat with powdered sugar or sprinkles, and chill until ready to serve.
