- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the linguine:
- 12 oz (340 g) linguine
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy cream
- 3/4 cup (75 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- Make the meatballs: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs: In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the linguine: Cook linguine according to package instructions.
