1/2 small onion, finely diced
Cabbage Mixture:
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for low sodium)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Cook Onion and Garlic: Add the diced onion and garlic to the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and soft.
