  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
