For the Chicken:

  • 4 Med. Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
  • ½ cup Prepared Chili Crunch or Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

For Assembly:

  • 4 Split Tellera Buns, Seeded and split
  • 12 slices Sargento® Sliced Pepper Jack Natural Cheese
  • 2 Med. Fresh Jalapeño Peppers, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ cup Prepared Peach or Mango Salsa

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Set aside two tablespoons of chili crunch mixture. Marinate chicken breasts in a bag with the remaining chili mixture, lime juice, and honey for 30 minutes.
  2. Toast the Buns: Grill bun halves until golden brown. Place a slice of cheese on each bottom bun.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Grill chicken breasts, adding cheese slices, until cooked through and cheese is melted.
  4. Assemble: Place chicken on bun bottoms, top with salsa, jalapeño slices, and bun tops. Serve.
