  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 18 muffin cups with liners.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a stand mixer, beat mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients: Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Warm Nutella: Heat Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl until thinned.
