  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning (plus extra as topping (optional))
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

For Assembly:

  • Cooking Spray (or oil to grease the tins)
  • 8 Refrigerated Biscuits ((16 ounce package))
  • ¼ cup Pasta Sauce (or Pizza Sauce, use a meatless variety)
  • 3 ounces Pepperoni (chopped)
  • 78 ounces Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Combine the butter mixture: Mix softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Preheat and prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin tins with cooking spray.
  3. Mold the crust: Press biscuit dough into muffin tin bottoms and sides.
  4. Prepare the cups: Prick biscuit bottoms, brush with butter mixture, then sauce.
  5. Fill the cups: Add mozzarella and pepperoni in layers. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
