    Tuna Salad:

  • 2 (5 oz.) cans Tuna (drained)
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs*
  • 3 tbsp Celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Pickles (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)

    Dressing:

  • 2 heaping tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the dressing to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add all of the ingredients for the tuna egg salad in a large bowl then top with the dressing. Mix until well combined. Enjoy as is or in sandwiches or lettuce wraps.
