Sugar Cookie Crust:

  • 1 package Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (*softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cool whip

Toppings:

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Slice and bake cookie dough: Slice the cookie dough into 1/4 inch pieces. Arrange the pieces into a flag shape on the prepared sheet, pressing the edges together. Bake for 11-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  3. Prepare cream cheese frosting: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Assemble the pizza: Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cookie. Arrange quartered strawberries and blueberries to resemble the American flag.
  5. Decorate with cool whip: Pipe or spread cool whip in between the strawberry stripes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
