  • 3 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 jalapeño (thinly sliced, for serving)
  • black sesame seeds (for serving)
  • ½ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • 3 Tbsp ponzu sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice (a day ahead): Rinse rice, cook, and season with sushi vinegar.
  2. Prepare the sushi vinegar: Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
