Sausage Links:

Cheddar Cheese:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the eggs: In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs.
  3. Assemble the roll-ups: Unroll the dough on a work surface and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each cheese slice in half and place one half on each triangle. Top each with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link. Loosely roll up the triangles.
  4. Bake: Place the roll-ups on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush the tops with the reserved beaten eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
