  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Coriander, to garnish (optional)
  • Extra chili oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Slice carrots and potatoes into thin matchsticks. Rinse potatoes to remove excess starch. Slice celery thinly.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Cook Vegetables: Add potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cook for 6-8 minutes until potatoes are tender.
