For the Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup pure honey
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
For the Mac and Cheese:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups whole milk
- Salt to taste
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare the glaze: In a saucepan, melt ¼ cup butter. Add minced garlic and honey, cook until smooth.
- Bake the chicken: Place seasoned chicken in a baking dish, pour half the glaze over it. Bake until done.
- Cook the macaroni: Boil water, cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
