  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

For the Mac and Cheese:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Prepare the glaze: In a saucepan, melt ¼ cup butter. Add minced garlic and honey, cook until smooth.
  3. Bake the chicken: Place seasoned chicken in a baking dish, pour half the glaze over it. Bake until done.
  4. Cook the macaroni: Boil water, cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Make the cheese sauce: In a pot, melt 2 tbsp butter, add flour, then milk and cheddar cheese until thickened.
  6. Serve: Drizzle remaining glaze over chicken, serve with mac and cheese.
